Have you ever encountered an individual who radiates joy? How did their presence make you feel? Perhaps, you felt inspired, happy, content, or even ready to conquer the world. Let us strive to become that person for ourselves by integrating mentally nourishing practices into our morning routine. As we have previously discussed the significance of establishing a morning routine, setting a positive tone is a crucial aspect of starting the day right. What do you choose to surround yourself with in the morning? Do you begin your day by scrolling through social media or reading Aunt Irma's rants? Or do you look in the mirror and criticize yourself? Let us replace these habits with something more uplifting.


Incorporating positive elements into our morning routine is an excellent way to start the day on a positive note and create a productive and uplifting atmosphere for the rest of the day. Occasionally, a simple change in routine can have a significant impact on the quality of our day. Let's be that friend to ourselves and learn to enjoy our company! Try some of these wonderful practices in your morning routine:


Morning Gratitude Practice: Begin your day by listing three things you're grateful for. Gratitude can be as simple as the sunshine, a warm bed, or the people in your life. Practicing gratitude can shift your mindset towards positivity.

If you have our planner I encourage you to read through your goals, values, and mission statement and examine your vision board daily in the morning.

Limit Negative News and Social Media: Avoid diving into negative news or social media right after waking up. Instead, focus on positive and uplifting content.


Nature Connection: Spend some time outdoors, even just a short walk in a nearby park or garden. Nature can have a calming and rejuvenating effect.
